I'm Rhiannon, a typewriter poet, an avid zine maker, and a chronic overuser of the em-dash⎯ among infinite other things. I have a BA in philosophy & English. I've won a handful of awards for my writing, including the Shipsey Poetry Prize and nominations for Best New Poets and Best of the Net.

When I am not alternately writing brief poems and shockingly run-on sentences, I am likely at my local yarn store day job, rereading Rilke, burying myself in Proust, knitting a wool sweater for my father, or finally getting around to cleaning my room. I find peace in creation, birds, almond chapstick, intentionality, long pauses in conversation, and a floor cluttered with CDs and stacks of worn paperbacks.
